abe
http://www.scnrs.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=1225 we were discussing it on scnrs. some people had really great reviews after seing it at MAX. i personally didnt make it to MAX and so did not see the tank for myself. from what i see and read though, looks like an awesome AIO. looks nice with the MH pendant and will be cool with the built in fan blowing across the water. looks like a nice tank to me. i dont think you will get many review of actual owners though, it's still a new product. abe Link to comment
Laura6686
I wanted one of these tanks and spoke with the company last month. They told me the were in the process of working with distributors to carry the product which would be rolled out in about 3 weeks. That was in mid April. They told me Champion Lighting would be one distributor and so I called them and at the time they were not sure they would carry it. The reason they require that all glass aquriums are shipped by the manuf directly to the customers. Again that conversation was about 3 weeks ago. Tonight I found that Champion is indeed carrying the times but it is not the price Ecosystem quoted me. They said the retail for the 12 was almost 300.00 and the 28 was almost 400.00. The price on the Champion site is much much more as they are including the stand. Over priced and I do not want the stand. So I guess I waited for nothing. Rats, I really wanted that system because I had great success on my 37 gallon using the miracle mud in a hang on refug. My tang that had head/lateral disease healed. The tank was wonderful and beautiful and so were all my fish. Tomorrow I am ordering my aquapod (based on great threads here) and maybe I can find away to incorporate the miracle mud into the system. That costs about 45.00 a bag but it lasts 3 or 4 years. So to answer your question I do not think anyone has had a chance to test this tank out yet as it just hit the market with the last week. I would love to get it but do not want the stand. Link to comment
