neonstingray
Wow, lots of health care people here! I'll be a doctor (MD) in just 11 months Nice job, the light at the end is always great. Another healthcare person here. Graduated college in 2007, now in the midst of 4 years of dental school, and hoping to apply to surgical residencies after that. Regarding the thread title though, none of that so far has helped me pay for anything yet, just put me a couple hundred thousand dollars in debt. Enigma
Geomatics engineering technologist, who specializes in cartography, and works in domestic and international oil and gas exploration. The best part about my job? I make some really great maps and have some incredibly complicated spatial issues to resolve. The worst part? It is very high pressure at times, and sometimes I work 70 hours a week. Quote Link to comment

The best part about my job? I make some really great maps and have some incredibly complicated spatial issues to resolve. The worst part? It is very high pressure at times, and sometimes I work 70 hours a week. One of my good friends has one year left on her degree for this! I can understand the crappy parts but it does always sound interesting when she talks about the potential jobs. I'm a creative and web designer/developer. For the most part I work with the company that my full-time job is with but I do freelance when I have time. Worst job I ever had wasn't that bad, it was the management that ruined what could have been a decent job. Quote Link to comment
