They could just be picking at any debris that has fallen into the gsp. If the gsp is really bothered they will close up.

also, the same larger sexy i noticed is berried with eggs!

 

she's hiding in the cheato ball. the eggs are orange and

looks exactly like the roe you'd put on top of california rolls. ha!

surviving in my pico three gallon if there are

no predators? there are the two sexy shrimp

parents, though?

 

i don't plan on doing anything special at all.

there's a cheato ball moss and some other

parents CAN eat their baby brine. =( and also,

they are easily sucked into the pump. or enjoyed

like cheetos by the coral.

 

so yeah. little hope for these, i think.

Looking good! I am so loving these little guys. I found out that I have 2 females and 1 male lol...maybe mine will be having babies soon.

 

I am sooo thinking about taking my 10g when and turning it into a sexy/anemone tank once I get my bigger tank completed. It is so neat watching 2 of mine running around inside my nem and playing tug-o-war with the mysis shrimp when I feed them .

 

The nem won tonight hahaha.

also, you can't say the sexies are not without their

personalities. i had assumed that the big sexy (with eggs)

was hiding in the cheato moss because she was berried.

but no. she was mad at me. cause i had poked a stick in her

general direction twice the night before because i thought

she was munching on the GSP. so she stayed in the moss

for 24 hours. this morn, she is out and about near the

kenya tree with her little mate again. =)

Perhaps she is super sensitive and protective at this time. My sexies couldn't care less about my hand, stick or even a catch-net.

The third one is chilling under a duncan, can't get a good pic. They are so fun to watch though I did a super quick drip acclimation, about 3 minutes just to get them used to my water and in they went! I'm no longer afraid of the pom pom catching them now, he's way too slow. They zipped around like pinballs when I tried to catch them to put into the tank lol. Still need to name em

Sooo I got my first sexy's this weekend! (and a PomPom) And it's seeming I have 2 males and a female...my boys are bickering..Has anyone heard of them or seen them full blown fighting before? I'm not liking it. Maybe adding another female would help? They're in a 6 gal cylinder tank with a purple firefish, tiger tail seahorse, a purple mushroom, and zoa's, and there is PLENTY of room for them between the corals. Would they be fighting over who is the boss and the single lady?

Today all seems well. The one is off on my zoa's and the other two are together hanging around the bottom of my live rock..

I have 7 shrimp now and they are amazing. I have two pregnant ones (I think?)

I would be careful with getting more then one Pom Pom they will fight like crazy. I have a Pom Pom and I never see him any more. The only reason I know he is in there is I see his moult once a month.
