Nick's Reef
Great pics! Love the hammer macro. What camera/lens set up do you use? The camera is a OLYMPUS CORPORATION C-5000Z. I think it's discontinued though, it's just a cheap little point and shoot my dad has because the local dive shop had a deal going for this camera and a case. I also take most of the close ups through a magnifying glass. I learned this trick from diane (c est ma) and it works very well Link to comment
hoganrj
So you are actually using the camera in your tank? Link to comment
Nick's Reef
So you are actually using the camera in your tank? No I'm using the camera outside the tank. But If I put the waterproof case over the camera I could. Link to comment

Nick's Reef
Do you have any problmes with your Koralia 1 overheating your tank? I just got one. Check out my thread for my story, maybe you can help. I just looked at your thread, it's so sad that you lost your coral beauty. They're such beautiful fish. I have no problems with the koralia overheating the tank. At it's peak my tank is at 82 and at night around 78-80 depending on the temp outside. (My tank is right next to a window) Link to comment
Ocho Cinco
Yeah. He was awesome and never messed with my corals!!!!! I've been checking my temp since 3 and it's been in the 78's, never higher and never lower. So I really don't know what killed him. Seems like the temp in under control. Link to comment

Nick's Reef
Can't wait to see the new Pics. What made you decide to get rid of the A. echinata? It started to lose color due to the fact that the pistol was constantly kicking sand onto it. I traded it for the new ric I got with my brother. It's now in his tank and it looks alot more "puffy" already. Link to comment

Yes the lfs gave me the free zoos, the owner was taking a few frags home and since we know eachother so well he decided throw a frag into a bag. An A.echinata is the green, orange, brown, and yellow thing in all my goby pics. Link to comment
