SerenityReef
Can this same process be applied to base rock before you add water to the tank? thanks StevieT for all the threads you post! Awaiting delivery of me media rack! Should be in today with other mods, can't wait! Quote Link to comment
StevieT
Yes. The putty will hold more of the rock especially if it is before you add water. For scapes where the rock is balanced putty will work, where it is unbalanced there is no way. Use acrylic rod for this. Quote Link to comment
jT415Gz
good info. answered a lot of my Q's Quote Link to comment
aIIan
Good info indeed but I need to find an epoxy that works. The Water Weld from JB is pretty useless in my book. I'll have to look around locally for Aquamend. Edited August 7, 2012 by aIIan Quote Link to comment

I was looking for something today (since I get my rock today) And I want to get it all epoxied togeather today so I could get it into the tank tommarow. (its all dry right now) I looked on lowes site but theres so many o nthere and its really confusing. Quote Link to comment
