nick021892
I've seen a few people attach GSP to the false wall in biocubes and nano cubes before, but I was wondering how that is done??? I have a large section of GSP in my larger tank, so could I just break some of that off and attach it to the back wall with some sort of glue??? And is there a special reef glue that isn't toxic??? thanks... Link to comment
nick021892
so i can just use normal super glue??? thats easy enough....but when I glue it though do I do it when the tank is full or only almost full of water??? (should i glue it to a dry backwall or a submerged backwall....sorry if thats a stupid question) Link to comment
Pickle010
The key is Super Glue GEL You can place some on the back of the mat of the GSP - When you dip it in your tank the glue will form a thin outer crust so to speak. Place the mat of GSP on the wall where you want it and give it a little twist as you press it on so the outer shell of the glue breaks and gets a good bond with the wall. Yes... it will work under water. Link to comment
Atlantis Reef
mine just grew on the wall after I placed it close to the wall but either way will work Link to comment
H20
I put mine in a curved glass corner, and now it is growing up the glass wall. I would think if you put it up against the false wall, it would not be long till it was climbing it. Link to comment
