abe Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 i got orange and white acans today from my LFS. i was wondering if any of you acan owners have tips is helping my colony spread. feeding and lighting tips would be nice too. post your pictures too! Link to comment
Cesar Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 I find that with my Acans the more you feed the more they grow. You don't have to feed them but they will get nice and plump when you do. I have MH over my tank but they don't require that much light. It's just that I have it and well they like it I guess. I don't see any side effects to be honest. They are very strong/hardy corals in my experience with them. I'll see if I can get some pictures up. Here's one of them. Link to comment
