nanoty
I am about to order a this refractometer from Dr.Fostersmith.com but the calibrations fluid is on backorder. Since I am the most impatient person in the world I do not want to wait a week and a half for it to get in then shipped to me. Will any refractometer calibration fluid work? I know it is a stupid question as buffer calibration fluid is not equipment specific but I just want to make sure different brand ref.meters don't use different calibrations fluids. I am in check out waiting for your answer. Link to comment
knoxvegas
I am not certain but I don't think calibration fluids are refractometer specific. In fact, mine calibrates fine with RO/DI water alone. Mine always reads the same as the ones LFS uses. Link to comment
