ph low during cycling

I am about two weeks into my cycle. My ph has been steady at 7.5 ph. Will this naturally go up after another week or so, or am I in need for a supplement/buffer to raise to 8.0+ph? It was above 8 the first three days i started. I want to steer away from these things as I have heard its more difficult to accurately fix chemical issues in a nano (12g) and I would rather nature take care of business.

Other parameters

kh/alk: 6.7 - 10 dkh

amm: at 0 for past 7 or 8 days

trite: 0ppm

trate: 80ppm (high as well)

sg: 1.025

12lbs live rock

~12lbs live sand

I had the same issue with low ph. I was told to wait and it will settle along with everything else. It did  . Right about the time my trates hit 0, my ph leveled out as well.

From my understanding, it will be common to have low ph during the cycle. Its when you do the weekly water changes is when the ph should raise. Which makes sense to why the first 3 days (new SW) the ph is good but after two weeks... the ph is low.

I asked the same question too and the common answer was to let your tank fully cycle without changing the water and once you get 0s across the board for a week... then change your water and ensure that you still have 0s. After that you can start lightly stocking.
