Wet wet-dry sandpaper works great, but you would definitely want to use some kind of sanding block. In the beginning, the sharp glass could easily rip through the sandpaper & into your hand. You can use a dremel with diamond bits, but that generally takes a very practiced hand. I find the sanding block to give better overall results. Link to comment
