Luk3 Posted January 25, 2008 Posted January 25, 2008 Well i decided to start another tank. MANTIS TANK WHOOO! anyway i purchased a 3g tom deco kit from Big al's for 54$ with shipping and all that. There having a special this week. I'm going to make it a desk tank. First i plan to fill it with zoos and shrooms. Maybe an anemone first let it get settled and see how it does then put in other corals after it chooses a good spot. MAYBE so no need to yell. But if anyone has put a anemone in a pico i would be interested on how it went/going. Stocking plans: BTA Anemone MAYBE!! ton of zoos and palys shrooms Xenia (unsure) Sexy anemone shrimp while im adding corals and such and before the mantis. Then ill put the SA shrimp in my 12g and Poseidon the Peacock mantis (hopefully i can get a peacock) GSP Ricordia Im going to show everything step by step with lots of pictures

avalanche1201 Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 I like it...just some warnings, I feel the anem will get way to big for such a small tank. Also a peacock mantis can get to be 8" so it is def to small of a tank for him, its recommended to have a 30gal tank. Also the sexy shrimp will most likely get killed by whatever mantis you put in there but besides that, the zoos, shrooms etc should be good to go
