psycho.chi
Not unfiltered. The Elite mini filter, is a small submersible filter. Link to comment
Lazaro
O took the bottom part of the elite mini filter off to have more space so basically I just have the pump/propeller part. To disperse the intense flow for the .5 gal I put a piece of plactic in front of it by keeping in place with one of the rocks. Changing water is done with a small party cup, but I could probably get away doing water changes with a shot glass. I just use a squirting water bottle for top off. Oh yeah you can't see it but the lid is part of a CD case. Link to comment
Metzzen1
I would say take out some of that sand. You not going to get any of the positive effects of a sandbed in that small amount of sand so put like 3/8 of an inch or less. That will give you more room. I would also try to rig up some sort of closed look so that only a inlet and outlet would be seen inside. I like what ya got in it so far!!! Link to comment
lilredneckman
Looks good, the links work for me. Link to comment
Sandeep
Looks great but that sand bed is way too deep. Link to comment
Lazaro
Agree about the sand bed. I've since "upgraded" to a 2.5 pico. It's still in the works though. Link to comment
