That is some beautiful coloring on the rock the watchman is under.

Thank's, I learned from my mistakes with my 8 gallon before. Take it SLOW and the better you take care of your tank the easier it really is. I tried to take shortcuts and the "easy way" and all I got was hair algae and a tank that looked like crap...

Well I haven't updated lately so her's what's new:

"Auto" Top-Off... Pet Water Bottle with the end cut off to get the Ball Bearings out. A piece of tubing run thru the back into the 3rd. chamber.

Added all kinds of Purple and Green Mushrooms and Orange, Green and Purple Zoo's. Lost most of the pic's though as my SD Card died. A Small piece of Clove. Will have a nice Frogspawn on Monday.

Ltr... and Thanks.

lookin good brotha !!

Quick question - do you really find the ATO necessary on the 14g? My SG never changes and I just top off with fresh salt water. Evaporation seems minimal with the hood down.

p.s. you are a mad scientist

The tank is at work so I don't want to take any chances. My tank is the same as your's, SG never changes and very little evap.

you probably already know this but you should be aware of what you office does with the AC when the offfice is closed. Ive read horror stories of folks whose tanks have spiked over the weekend cuz the office turns off the ac on a ahot weekend. watch your temps dude.

My tank is very lucky to have an office like it does. Climate Control for the computers with a 30 sec. delay to full generator backup. If not for these things I would not risk so much money and my friends in the tank. I also have a rather large fan running 24 -7 blowing air over the top and into the intake side of the tank fans.

Thanks...
