djchristone
i THINK these are master mind flayer zoos according to zoaid but mine aren't droopy like those...they do close up like zoos but they don't really grow out like zoos creating little polyps on the side and what not...so...just wanted to be completely sure of what these were. thanks Link to comment
greeneyes
Are they on an old feather duster tube? Link to comment
djchristone
seems like it but it certainly was a weird feather duster since it branches out all over the place Link to comment

sambo123
your original id is exactly right. They are a variety of stick polyps AKA the master flyer zoosI cant remember the species, they grow on featherduster tubes and other worms that create calcium tubes, also hydroid sp.They are photosynthetic i beleve, but can be fed toothey are not part of the tube, so you can frag them and they can grow like regular zoos, just not found like that in the wilddo a little research on the sp Parazoanthus i think you will find some info on them EDIT: oops i meant Acrozoanthus hers some info http://www.saltcorner.com/sections/zoo/inv...crozoanthus.htm same as these just a cooler variety http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Di...&pCatId=676 Link to comment
