Shaolin
I am making a snail-only clean-up crew for my ten gallon which will consist of: Astrea Nassarius Margarita Cerith & Nerite snails. For a ten gallon is it better to go with a total of 10 snails (2 of each kind), or a total of 15 snails (3 of each kind)? Link to comment
Acoustic
I would go with 5 nessarius and 5 cerith snails + one emerald crab. Link to comment
coralreefengr
I probably have way more than 10 snails in my tank. I have at least 6 cerith, 4 nerite, a couple margaritas, a couple astreas, dozens of peppermint snails, a few strombus grazers, and a couple hawaiian turbos. I think that's it. They've been grazing happily for over a year. I also feed heavily so I need a hefty crew to keep my glass clean. CRE Link to comment
