spazizz
has any one here ever used driftwood in their saltwater tanks or tried it? Link to comment
DudE31
why on earth would you want to ... and on a side note i am pretty sure it would break down the wood and become a nightmare Link to comment
spazizz
something different. but i have a feeling it would break down to. Link to comment
jimmy595
I doubt that it's rate of break down would be any faster than it would in freshwater. I really doubt that it would look very natural though, it definitely would not be an ideal substate for coral to adhear to. Link to comment
neanderthalman
I think the wood would likely break down, or have the potential for leaching things into your tank if you don't know where it's from or how it was processed. Why not put in a bubbling treasure chest or "no fishing" sign instead? Link to comment
