O yea, some of you guys/gals might have seen me on the IRC chat under the name NaNoReEfeR. So here are some specs of my poor man's nano-reef. Hey, im only 16 w/o a job so gotta be conservative in this expensive hobby. Has been set up since Sept. of 2001 Equiptment -10 gallon tank -Rio 120 x2 -Amiracle PS-2 counter-current skimmer -Whisper 1 filter (occasional carbon) -36w 50/50 PC in a regular 20" light strip -15w 10k bulb in the front hinge of plastic hood -8lbs of sand/crushed coral -1lb of live sand -5lbs of live rock -19lbs of lace rock Livestock -2 astrea snails -1 false perc. clown -1 blue legged hermit -approx. 8 hitchhicking sm. feather dusters -green tint colt coral -a branch from a torch coral -brown/green button polpys -brown Montipora Digitata (not doin well) All corals were free ! I will be getting many more coral frags from my neighbors amazing 75gal. reef once he thinks my tank is biologically stable.
