Just got home from work - My 10k PC lamp is burnt out

So I'm looking at my actinically lit tank and see this:

I about crapped - Quick google image search leads me to believe it's a spaghetti worm. I always thought spaghetti worms were the little legs sticking out of my sandbed - Who knew they were attached to something!!!

someone please confirm and settle my heart :o

Both of my tanks have several of these. They come out regularly in my 37. I think they start to crowd each other and decide to move. I keep getting little ones under my mag float scraper. I love these little guys. Little of course is subjective, had one that was a little over 8 inches long on the glass. Scared my twin 3 year olds and they ran out of the room to get away. Joys of being a reefer and a parent.

Personally, I would kill it and smile while I did it. They took over my tank. They are alot like flatworms - they don;t hurt but they look like crap!
