rickjg
http://photos.yahoo.com/rick_j_g Take a look at this Nano set up. The brand name is ALIFE, made in Taiwan It is a 12" x 12" x 12" glass cube w/ curved front glass. The lighting is 27 watt PC, half 10,000/ half blue w/ cooling fan The back of the tank has surface overflow and small compartments for heaters, filter bags, etc. Also comes w/ pump. The cost is about $130. This is the 2nd Nano Reef I have had. The first was a 12 GAL acrylic cube w/ 10 GAL sump in the stand, below, and 63 watts of PC lights. The 12 GAL has been changed to a fresh water planted tank - See piks Link to comment
NanoReefer53
sweeeeeet Where did you get that 50/50 27watt PC bulb ? Link to comment
rickjg
The light comes with the tank. I think Custom Sea Life makes a 50/50 light in 32 watt. www.customsealife.com Link to comment
Troutman
hellolights carries the 27w 50/50 pc bulbs. Link to comment
NanoReefer53
those are acutally 28w. 27w PC bulbs are the quad ones so that's why i was suprised when i heard a 50/50 27w bulb. lol..i suggested CSL in making those since they have the 50/50 96w quad. Link to comment
rickjg
The lights that come on these tanks are 27 watt Aqua Lux, but they are not the quads that CSL sells. I had two 27 watt & 0ne 9 watt CSL lights on my 1st Nano Reef Tank Link to comment
