For a healthy one? Yes, a very good deal. For a dead one? Prolly not.

If it's a yellow carpet, it's probably a bleached green one, dyed with yellow food coloring.

 

For $30, I'd almost guarantee it's bleached, hence a bad deal.

Yep. Probably a bleached anemone, colored with dye. These can survive, but it's usually a pretty iffy deal.
