nudibranch and feather duster ????

2 questions...1) Are lettuce nudibranches toxic? Mine got sucked into the PH, and is now in little itty bitty pieces (After he finally started eating the hair algae!). I ran some carbon in case.

2) My feather duster managed to be between 2 rocks and his "Tube" was torn in about half when I moved the rocks (shame on me, I didn't see him there!) Anyway, any chance of recovery, or should I just yank the remaining pieces out? Of course I haven't seen him since the warfare began on my tank a couple weeks ago.
