sexy......I just set up something similar, but a few more gallons.... LOVE it

p.s. put up your third photo (CLAM) for POTM

thanks for the tip about the clam potm. i hope to see your tank real soon.

ahhh, finally some better pics. looking good man, keep up the good work!!

thanks dat, hope you post pics of your in-wall 210 soon.

BTW, fanof49asu, i fixed the loudness of my overflow by placing a clear plastic strip to cover the front teeth of the actual drain pipe, not the overflow teeth, and it fixed the problem. it's smoooooth sailing now.

hey ladies and gents! it's been forever since i've posted here. how's everyone? sadly, i have to break some news to those that may have followed my thread in the past, i sold the tank during a move! i transferred universities and didn't want to put the tank through the stress. i've really fallen out of the hobby ever since then, i'm at school and work all day! can i get some updates of everyone's tank? i miss this place.

it's 1:12 a.m. on the 18th day of february and i've decided to take the plunge back into reefkeeping. i am 85% sure i will be building a tank on a much larger scale compared to the one pertaining to this thread. i sure hope long, shallow tanks aren't played out nowadays!

i am thinking about 45"x12"x14" or so, what do you guys think? i will be designing my tank in similar fashion to my previous one, however, i will have 2 more return nozzles with a DAS-style overflow; it'll most likely be a rimless glass tank, rather than acrylic.

can y'all help me out with what's the new hotness in the reefkeeping world? i'm a total newbie! :P
