Update

I finally got around to picking up some reef-poxy to poxy my rocks together.

I still haven't found any local dwarf hermits I am going over to Levittown PA to check out the hidden reef and The Fish Factory again to see if they got any in this week.

My clowns seem to be trying to host the frag plug that my duncan is on of a night or it's just there sleeping spot. If they start irritating it I'll move it. It is super hard to get a decent picture with my iPhone of these guys, this might be my excuse to buy a nice DSLR camera.

I noticed my fat lawnmower blenny has started eating mysis shrimp when I feed the corals and clowns so no worries of him starving any time in the near future.

On the not of the LM Blenny, my girlfriend has name him Blen Blen the blenny, he has taken to sorta juking back and forth at the glass I'm not to sure why but the cats love to watch him.

My 2 mushrooms never did attach to the plugs i tried using a light rubber band and the red one slipped out I tried putting them in a small clear tub-a-ware with holes in it with some rubble the red one took hold but detached within the hour of me moving it to the tank.

I gave up and just placed them in and let the free the green one found a home int he center of my rock work where I can't get a picture and the red one is on the back side of my rock.

My toadstool is being a pain, some days it is open and looks happy and some it is all closed up.

I've tried it in a few different places from high flow high light to low flow low light, I currently have it in the middle of my tank in low flow medium light.

The brown Leather is open and seems happy where he is, I'm not to sure what it is but it was a free leather. you can see it in the full tank shot below.

It's been a few weeks since I last added some pictures so here are some current shots.

I'll start of with a shot of my Pom Pom crab out and happy doing his signature "wax on; Wax off" motion

Here are a few shots of my Zoa frag, I really want to start getting some of the more colorful ones now that these are growing.

They have expanded from the 7 polyps up to 17 on this one frag and I have 2 loose ones on a piece of rock.

Here are the green palys spreading like crazy over the frag they came on.

The 2 in the back are closed trying to eat some mysis that they manages to catch.

Here are my Candy Cane who's forth head has almost completely separated and now has a second mouth in the biggest head on the bottom.

Here are pics of my GSP and Duncans.

The GSP is filling out nicely and I'm probably going to remove it from the plug this weekend.

My Duncans are super happy and growing the biggest head has grown by at least 50% since I got them and I can see 2 more heads spawning on either side of it. I'll try and get picture of these at a later time.

Last but not least two new Full Tank Shots

The first one show's our cats Wiley(left) and Marley(right) watching the tank with us. They tend to make there way in when we spend to much time watching the tank and not enough giving them attention. But I've caught Wiley just laying on the desk watching during the day.

Tank looks great. I'm glad your LMB decided to eat mysis shrimp. I bought one for my 30 gallon a year ago and he sadly starved to death, the tank was just too new. I ended up buying a twinspot blenny who is still doing well to this day and one of my fathers favorite fish in the tank, it's also a fish I hope to acquire again.

Thank you so much for the help in my thread so far and thank you for your updates. I'm excited to get started on my adventure with my 14 bio.

Thanks if you have any more questions feel free to ask.

My LMB is a pig he acts like my clowns and has to take a bite out of everything that enters the tank.

I'm going to cut down on feeding meaty foods to twice a week instead of every other day as the LMB is not eating as much alge any more and it is popping up in a few places.

As far as lighting goes, did you want to keep that stock hood, or go rimless? I have 2 Ecoxotic Panorama Pros in my JBJ 12 and LOVE them! I've got the 12k/445 and a single 445 strip. From what I understand, they provide adequate light for really anything that we could put in our tanks. Hope this helps :D

Wow it has been a little while since I last updated this.

A lot has changed in my tank over the last few months.

Here are 2 recent FTS shots, I had to turn the lights on so that is why the duncan is closed up and the torch shriveled up.

My girlfriend ended up picking out a little scooter blenny back in April with out any research, we ended up training it to eat frozen foods within a few weeks. She is now almost double her original size and is the primary reason why I am looking to either upgrade or re-home her.

My candy cane coral has gone from 3.5 small heads to 7 or 8 large heads and looks great.

The first green mushroom i purchased has grown to 4 or 5 times it size and has rooted itself right in the middle of my tank and is beautiful when it is full open, I also have a blueish-green rhodactis in the front right corner as well.

My little ugly piece of GSP has taken off like a weed and is starting to cover the rock I glues it to, it looks amazing under the blue lights.

I purchased a single head of Aussie Dendro back in april which has now grown into 3 heads, it is one of my favorite corals. I planted the frag of green button polyps in the top left rock under the return and they have expanded like crazy.

I picked up the torch around the same time I bought the dendro as my clowns where trying to host the duncan and it was closed up and pissed off daily. They never did host the torch but left the duncan alone after i moved it around. The torch now has 3 heads when fully open are the size of a baseball-softball each.

I have various other frags including a Cinnamon Grandees protopaly that was only 1 small head when I received it and it now twice the size and spawning 4-5 baby heads at it's base.

A white trumpet coral that looks amazing various other frags of zoas such as purple deaths, armor of god, red hornets, green bay packers, emerald eyes and a few others I have posted a complete list on page one post one.

AND best of all I have not yet lost any other livestock to date, knock on wood.
