Take Down: Packed in the Truck: Let's roll in the drug dealer truck: Promotional pictures took, this is literally the first time I have been able to do this for the RSM. One shot: Kalkwasser paste put on all the turf algae. So far so good here applied to about 10 rocks: Sneak peak pics, more to come after it clears up. Sad to see white rock, again: Link to comment
Jacobnano
Nice. Looks a lot better with the plant there to be honest, I don't know why I like it more lol. Lol @ box labeled "w/sticks". Also, nice ride. I pegged you for a vespa guy to be honest. Link to comment
StevieT
Reusing containers from cut pieces for media baskets. I have tons of these and now with laser cut products no need. They work perfect for a tank move. Same with the blue 10 gallon totes. Plant was there before the tank, might get another for the other side, I had two like that when it was in Illinois. Vespa Doesn't have air conditioned seats, I'll pass. Link to comment

Plants are good. That Caddy is pretty classy. And we know Mr.Mediabuckets is all about class Link to comment
StevieT
I am getting a lot of slack in the office for moving the tank. The wall looks very empty without it. Screw em. Link to comment
NewZealandReefie
Did the office-ites contribute to the upkeep? Link to comment
StevieT
Did the office-ites contribute to the upkeep? Hell no. They tried to kill it a few times by turning the A/C off on the weekends. Link to comment
Jacobnano
So hows the tank looking now? Link to comment
StevieT
Much more clear. Fish are happy and eating, most corals open, some need a few more days. Link to comment
Jacobnano
Nice. I like the new scape a lot more by the way. More room for growth too! Link to comment
Clavius85
Tank looks good Stevie. Glad the move went well. Edit: Also, your "Guide to moving a tank" thread helped me a lot when I moved my tank last week. Thanks! Link to comment
StevieT
You're welcome, it helped me as well remember exactly what I did wrong last time around. Link to comment
uxdesigner
How much live rock do you have in there? How much rock would be too much in a 130? 75lbs overkill? Link to comment
ReefDreamz
Im curious as why you went with a more minimalistic aquascape this time around??? Link to comment
StevieT
75LBS is a ton, that would barely fit IMO I have about 40 lbs with maybe 25 gallons of actual water How much live rock do you have in there? How much rock would be too much in a 130? 75lbs overkill? Im curious as why you went with a more minimalistic aquascape this time around??? Sick of the mound of rock. This should allow for a greater opportunity to place corals in a few different areas. Instead of a side, middle, side I have side middle side, side middle side, top and bottom. It kind of just came together during set up and I didn't have too much time to get it perfect. Time will tell if it was a good call or not. It's like having a brand new tank, again. Rock is so white, corals are all spread out. Link to comment
Lalani
Ohhh, I like the scape. Link to comment

JimDantin
I had a Reefkeeper 2 on my Red Sea Max. I put a RKL on my new tank. I love their clean look as well as their flexible functionality. Link to comment
StevieT
They are much better after the temp probe design change. Now if they would actually release the salinity probe I purchased back in March Link to comment
Jacobnano
How are you enjoying having the tank at home? Link to comment
StevieT
It's nice. A lot more relaxed mood when feeding, changing filter floss. Needs more corals, too many bare spots. Link to comment
