Anyway I have read mixed things about sheding and was looking for info Im sure im gonna get a multitude of different opinions but PLEASE leave them the more feedback the better. Besides that everything is cool and Beautiful. Peace, Love and Fish!

Leave the molted layer in the tank. It contains vitamins and nutrients that help the shrimp properly grow it's new exo-skeleton. (What is it called? Skin? Exo-skeleton? ??

Remove molts; the shrimp often does NOT eat it, and it just fouls the water.

Well, wetwebmedia.com's Bob Fenner says that the molt will not foul the water. He suggests leaving it in. Granted, reefing isn't an exact science and critter behavior varies greatly. Either way, it's not going to make a monumental impact. To each their own.

It's very stressful for them and there's always a chance that something can go wrong. I think there's a 20% mortality rate of invertibrates during a molt. I'll have to check, though.
