Indiana Reefin Posted January 17, 2017 Share Posted January 17, 2017 I modified the stock lighting to house 6 LEDs 3 watts a piece. This light comes with a Rapid Led 0-10 V driver with a dimmable knob so that you can adjust your intensity. I currently have 6 individual heat sinks for each LED and they are still going strong after 4 months of use. I have 2 warm white, 2 cool white, 2 royal Blue. This gives a 12-14K look. I had no issues keeping LPS with the knob dimmed down 2/3 the way. There is no doubt in my mind that this light could grow and sustain SPS. I loved the way the stock light looked on the spec V but the stock LEDs were junk. I spent $100 and a lot of time on this light so I feel $50 is fair. The driver alone is $30.
