What are these? Are they safe?

Pics are really hard to see but with what we are working with first pic looks like a small feather duster if that is what it is it's fine. Second pic looks like a aptasia if that's what it is it's bad I would get a syringe of lemon juice and hit it at the base. But with the photos here I have ya to things to Google look them up and good luck.

Aptaisia X, pick some up from your lfs, or online? Has a little syringe applicator Worked well for me, I think you have to knock it on th head asap as they will spread eventually.

attacked it with a syringe. Didnt have a needle. it was on a small piece of liverock so i removed it from the tank and squirted around 3ml of lemon juice. It soaked right in . It has not come back out yet. Hopefully thats the end of it.

Go to your local pharmacy and buy some insulin syringes. If they question you show them this thread to tell them what you're doing.

Aptasia is a real pest make a paste wit calcium hidroxide and water and cover it whit a seringe, sometimes they are attached to a hole and is hard to stake a neadle in their base, work fine for me this metod.
