LbulletM
.....because I couldn't get a picture. Purple channel on my 165W last night, I noticed a small tube coming out of one of my rocks. It doesn't make an appearance in whites and blues, and it did seem to be aware, retracting when I would block light or make noise. It looked like a white tube going into the rock with a black band around the opening. Any help would be appreciated! Link to comment
jestep
Peanut worm would be my guess as well. There's a picture of one here: http://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhikers-guide/ See if that might be what you're looking at. Link to comment
LbulletM
I was able to get a (not great) picture before it receded. I feel like it's too thin to be a peanut? Link to comment

LbulletM
Sounds good then! As long as it wasn't harmful, I was happy, since I'm leaving my tank for 7 days for the first time. Link to comment
