Stocking a 4.2 pico looking for suggestions

I currently have a watchman goby and tiger pistol shrimp in my 4.2 gal. ( have not paired yet)

Would like to add something. Thought about another goby and shrimp or another species of fish. I know with a tank this small I am limited.

You may be able to put in another very small breed of goby, but I would stay away from another watchman/shrimp goby. Maybe look into a neon goby or similar. Still not 100% they can be kept with a watchman but they can be kept multiple neons to a small tank. I believe teenyreef had multiple green banded gobies in his 4g at one time.

Check out.

Barnacle blenny.

Green banded goby.

Clown Goby.

Catalina goby (needs to be temperate)

Yasa Goby

Just a heads up, but your tiger will get big.

Any of the fish above will likely become food for it after it has reached >1.5".

They are much more aggressive than their candy shrimp cousins.

A couple of Hermits and snails

Snapping/ Pistol Shrimp

Watchman Goby

Green star polyp

Pipe organ

Blue ricordia

I know this might sound bizarre but my LFS had a tank this size at the checkout and they had a small orange angler fish in there.

It was really cool and seemed healthy.

I am actually looking to sell the tank. I just don't have time to run two tanks. If it were a bit bigger I would move out the goby and shrimp and house the maroon clown in it ( so I can have a BTA in my 29 gal) But from what I have read 8 gal is as small as one goes for a clown

Took the tank down and sold it today. I just don't have time to run two tanks at home. I had planned on setting it up at work until I realized our cleaning crew sprayed all kinds of chemicals. Hopefully the goby, pistol shrimp and emerald do ok in the 29 gal
