Trumpet Coral with Sweeper tentacles extended way into day.

As my title reads, I have a trumpet that often has tentacles hanging out all day. Only on half of the trumpet and that is the half closest to the light.

 

Why would it be doing this?

 

is this a problem, will this stop?

I doubt it's a problem. A feeding coral tends to be a healthy coral. Maybe it's just getting ready to grow/split new heads and is looking for some extra food/energy to do it.

 

Is there a touch more flow on that side of it? If so, it could explain why its feeding more on that side (versus it being because of the light).

I have the same color trumpets and mine do that too. Just on one side. No clue why either .

its a crazy happy coral, that's for sure. Just odd... and the sweepers are so long as compared to night. its always splitting, this thing has gone absolutely bananas since I put it in the 10.
