This is a hang-on (floating) style overflow with 3 sides and bottom, 6.5x4x7.5", CNC laser cut weir, handling 800-1200GPH. If you noticed, the way I do my overflow box is with the bottom on the inside so it's seamless in front. I can also do 3/16" for a bit less. For a more personalized quote, it would be best to send me the size/style/shape you need. Link to comment

No problem but smallest I could do is probably 2" wide to allow some space for left/right wall thickness. Link to comment
