I just got a helfrichi firefish a little over a week ago--so far so good. Was happy they had it on sale for $70.

Pro tip: if you order from Live Aquaria and you get something from the Divers Den section as well, they will charge you shipping from both places since it ships from two locations. If you spend $175 though--you get free shipping from both places.

I have and have had good experiences. I got my foxface from regular stock and my dad's black and white clown as well. I did order some eight line flasher wrasses from regular stock and one was doa and the other died shortly thereafter but they refunded me very quickly. That box had ice packs in it and I think it was borderline needing them as it was a couple weeks ago - the water seemed cold when I got it. But again, stuff happens and the other fish that I received were great and in all cases the fish were packed extremely well.

thanks Stella! Very reassuring since I know you have been a repeat customer, I ordered a royal gramma and one other fish, almost picked up that black cap basslet but for the price I got two fish so you can't beat tha

Cool!!! Yeah I like live aquaria! I've ordered more fish through the divers den but in both cases I've had good luck. Darn I have a coupon for 15% off you could've used. Were you able to find a coupon?

their customer service is top notch, they called me earlier today because I had a card on file in my PayPal that was inactive and forgot to apply my new card and they helped me work it out took all of 5 minutes, but yea I had a coupon but I had to spend $175 or above and I really just wanted the fish lol you'll probably end up using that coupon before me! But if you want you can have my coupon!

Shipping was pretty good as well. Everything was at least double bagged. Divers Den though...they go crazy on the packaging. Had so many layers, I lost count.

My one experience was good. I got a yellow watchman goby, he was very healthy upon arrival and is doing well. The one thing I will say is he is very dull in color so if I could have done it over again I would have bought WYSIWYG

haha! I know it! I can't remember, but I think Live Aquaria uses the corn starch peanuts. Or maybe it is Marine Depot. I end up dumping them in the sink, turning the water on and in 5 minutes, no more peanuts. I hate dumping them in the garbage because I can never get them in the garbage. They go everywhere. Plus it just fills up the trash.

Bet it is a female. When I had to get a new ywg after killing my first one with paint fumes :-( all the LFS had was a female - almost gray in color with stripes. After 7 months here she is yellow but still with darkish stripes. But the pistol doesn't mind.

so the royal gramma I received has been swimming around eating and looks perfectly healthy, I don't see any sign of diseases or parasites, it's in QT but I'm tempted to move it to the DT, my QT has CP treated water so any free swimming parasites will be killed, what would you do?

I'm not sure! I used to QT for 3 weeks to a month and only treat if I noticed something until I got the red spot glass cardinals. I didn't QT them at all since they're fragile. I also didn't qt my foxface. Probably not smart in either case!
