I just recently got it also. I bought Joe's Juice and I can't believe how easy it has been to get rid of it. If you have kept a tank for 3 years I am sure you are familiar.

not sure if joes juice is sold here .used aiptasia x last time problem is some aiptasia i can see but cant get to easily so peppermint shrimp may be in order but last time it never ate them and it was the true peppermint.

ive got a bit of an algae issue past couple of days i believe due to slowly removing crushed coral to eventually replace with sand.think disturbing it and releasing bit of detritus maybe releasing nitrates?this and working out how to work my sons ipad is why il get you pics later when ive got tank looking bit better.must say some really nice tanks on this forum also tank been running around 3 years no big issues suddenly came in from work and its cloudy has hell not sure why ..fish gasping they died 2 water changes later tank back on track believe it was bacterial bloom .does a bit of an algae issue follow like ive got as i believe tank is going through mini cycle

Peppermint shrimp are hit and miss. I have never seen them eat the aiptasia but I did see them rip apart three corals.

I love aiptasia x, sometimes it takes a few tries but it always works.

Pretty sure they are the same. I went to my LFS and they didn't have Aiptasia X so went with Joe's. I read mixed reviews on Peppermint.

It's autumn. Well, I'm not sure if it's "officially" autumn on the calender, but it seems like it. We had a fairly cool summer here, one of the coolest I've seen (but I mean, I haven't been around to see a heck of a lot of summers yet) and it's getting pretty cold in the mornings, below 10C.

Here in Ontario its fall but been fairly warm until evening.

Peppermints are hit and miss with fleshy corals like brains and polyps as well.

I've had them twice and won't try them again.
