Blasto budding

My blasto continues to do awesome and just keeps growing. So much in fact I'm wondering if I should have it fragged. It has new heads growing through mature heads. On the back side is one good sized head that looks like it is going to bud off on its own if that is what blastos do. It has a hard "foot" with just soft flesh connection to mother colony. I have no experience fragging LPS, so looking for advice on at least fragging the bud. With no skeleton, is it safe to make a clean cut through the connective tissue with a good soak in iodine of both mother and bud after gluing the bud to a plug?

This is actually after I annoyed the colony. The heads are so puffy you can't see any new growth when it's happy.

If you frag it, you will need to make sure each frag still has some skeleton. Probably would need to use a saw. I wouldnt worry about there not being room for those smaller heads, though, as the skeleton grows outward it will make room.
