I decided to build my own because I wanted the stand to be higher than most available stands.I also wanted to be sure it was built well. Link to comment

teenyreef
You've made a great start on this tank and in this thread. You've checked all the boxes for me: 1. Cool custom stand 2. Cool custom light mount 3. Cool corals 4. Cool clown fish 5. Cool pictures 6. Super cool Nanobox Duo over an IM10! You must not be lacking for enough PAR over this tank Link to comment

Tankz
You've made a great start on this tank and in this thread. You've checked all the boxes for me: 1. Cool custom stand 2. Cool custom light mount 3. Cool corals 4. Cool clown fish 5. Cool pictures 6. Super cool Nanobox Duo over an IM10! You must not be lacking for enough PAR over this tank Thanks teenyreef. Your tank is what inspired me to start this 10 gallon IM adventure (but you already know that). Your thread is awesome. I just got the Nikkon and need a lot of practice before my pictures get anywhere close to the quality of yours. Amazing tank William, Thank you. Your red sea reefer is amazing as well, love the waspfish! Looking wonderful! The custom light mount is killer! -D Thanks Dave! I have been able to find the perfect settings with this light I just need some more corals and some time to grow everything out now. I went with the custom mount to keep the rim of the tank looking clean. There is no PAR problem in this tank Nice photos. That stand looks great, beautiful craftsmanship! The candycanes/trumpet coral looks like its glowing. Very nice. Thanks Nancy. I just got this camera and have been playing around with it. Hopefully my pictures will get a lot better as my coral collection grows. I have a nice flower anemone but the wall doesn't allow me to get into position to take a picture. Do you have a build thread? Looks great! Thanks obsessed reefer! I was looking through your IM 20 build. I love that gold torch! I want one really bad. Where did you get it? I am looking forward to your IM 10 gallon build in the future! I would really like to get a neon green torch and a gold torch. The problem is room in the tank without them harming other corals. I had an idea to put some single plug magnetic frag mounts on the back wall that would be black color; I contacted oceanbox designs and they will make them for me. What do you think? Will it look cool to have a mini torch collection on the back wall; or will it look silly to have "floating" corals and will the torches be too close to the wall? Thanks for your feedback! -Tankz Link to comment

Obsessed Reefer
Thanks obsessed reefer! I was looking through your IM 20 build. I love that gold torch! I want one really bad. Where did you get it? I am looking forward to your IM 10 gallon build in the future! I got it from a LFS, but I'm sure you can find it online. The one I had was from Australia, so it was a bit more expensive. Not sure if they can found in other geographic locations. Link to comment
