Pyremind
Hi guys. I'm dealing with something I've never heard of before. I don't have my camera handy but I can furnish pictures if needed. Let's see if I can describe them... They're thousands of tiny (1mm or so) reddish-brown blobs that kinda look like algae. They coat the bottom, rocks, glass, everything. They actually can be blown off of the liverock fairly easily, but they only take a day or two to grow back. I thought maybe it's because there was something in the ATO water I was using (which was Poland Spring distilled) - so I switched that out to regular RO. Ever heard of anything like that, anybody? It doesn't look awful, but I'd rather see the sand than these things. Link to comment
Pinner Reef
Hopefully they don't look like this http://www.nano-reef.com/topic/359533-unarmored-dinoflagellates/ Link to comment
