dcullen Posted September 10, 2016 Share Posted September 10, 2016 In August Reef Radiance advertised a Seneye Home Monitor at a great price noting that it was an Amazon return. Due to the attractive price, I ordered 1 and got an order confirmation that stated it would be shipped in 48 hours and I would get a tracking number. On Aug 29 I contact them via their contact form letting them know that I had not received the Seneye or even a tracking number rick@reefradiance.com responded with "This will go out in the next day or so and you will receive a tracking number to track it to you. Thanks! Rick " So 12 day later, guess what? No tracking number, no further communication and no seneye. I've sent an email to rick requesting cancellation and file claims with Paypal and a complaint with BBB Link to comment
