Groot
Hello, Looking to upgrade my lights my tank is SPS dominated and was interested in the NanoBox Quad Plus and wanted to know if it would be good choice for my SPS. My tank is 30"L x 18"W x 18"D. I know there is a wide option but I like the goose neck mount witch I believe is not a option on the wide. Thank You Link to comment
righttirefire
Grout, I'm running an "old" nano box quad but it's 4 channel no moonlight and storm controlled so it's close. My settings are 91/255 or 35% on the blues/purple and 46/255 or 18% on the white channel. My tank is a 20 long 30" X 12" X 12" so I'd say that plenty of light for you. I bought mine with the intention of using it on a 40 breeder that hasn't been build yet. Link to comment

Jruberti
I've seen the quad with a gooseneck. Isn't that what this tanks is using? I see the option under the quad plus, but I haven't heard of a wide version before. Link to comment

Groot
I sure can. Just shoot me an email! With the quad plus having four channels I'm going to need more then one VDM modular from Apex? Link to comment
DaveFason
With the quad plus having four channels I'm going to need more then one VDM modular from Apex? One VDM will work. I have to tie channel five and six to channel one ( Blues/fans ) due to the lack of ports. Untitled by David Fason, on Flickr Link to comment
Groot
I believe I'm going to go with the retro. It seems that is the way to go with SPS. Link to comment
