Great Deal on Salt...

Just wanted to give others with a Petco in their area a heads-up on a deal I just came across that other stores may have as well. I stopped in for a few items, and as I was about to get in line I noticed 6-8 5gal (200gal mix) buckets of Kent Reef Salt on an end cap. I took a look, and they were stickered at $79.99 (not a good deal), but had a manager clearance sticker on them for 25% off. That brought it more in-line with the market anyway. As I was looking the manager came over and asked if i needed any, and I said the price wasn't good enough yet. He said he was actually selling them at 75% off to get rid of them. Couldn't pass that up. With the $5 I had on my rewards card I walked out with 400 gals worth (2 buckets) for $35. Never used Kent, but for that price it's worth a shot. Might be worth checking into on your next visit.
