crusty white specks in my nano

On the back wall of my biocube ive got little white crusty specks. I have no idea what it is , maybe some calcium deposits? Can somebody enlighten me. I have a picture but im not sure how to post it

Coralline algae or Spirorbid worms are my guess.

 

You can use websites like photoshop, imgur, or flickr to post pictures.

Sounds like spirorbid worms to me. I always thought the were little barnacles. Beware the scratched the $#!+ out of my glass when I swiped them with the mag float. Got a few on a hermit crab she'll and about a year ago my tank was covered with them! High nutrients?
