rocks too toxic for mixed reef?

Hey just a noob who's tired of trolling...

Was moving rocks around this morning and took first tests this afternoon:

PO4 1-3

pH 8.2-8.4

KH 11.5-11.8

NO2 0.2

NO3 2-5

NH3 0.12

Ca 500

Mg 1240

Is this normal for a new tank? A coworker says one of my rocks is for freshwater. I asked my LFS for "dry rock" because I can't observe hitchhikers when I'm not at the office. They told me I could use whatever rock was in the bin. Tank has been running for 3 days. Are my rocks causing the high PO4 and NH3?

Currently in tank is the dry rock, live sand, and primowater (should be RO, don't know if DI).

Currently running an AC70 with the stuff that came in the box (sponge, charcoal, bio pellets, and polishing pad). Just received chemi pure blue, phosguard, and a polyfilter pad.

What's my next move? I use Salifert PO4 test, and rest is Red Sea. Could I be testing incorrectly?

I'm not thinking it would necessarily be toxic, it's just that the higher porous rocks are better at the biological function. Smoother rocks won't have that.
