Murderous Clown Fish

My clown fish has taken to attacking my hand whenever I stick my hand in. It's starting to hurt. WTF fish.

Once in a while my female tail slaps me, thank goodness for that.

My male clown in my old tank would be relentless whenever I put my hand in the water while the female hid.

After almost two years, I almost don't notice it any more unless they get so crazy that water starts splashing out of the tank

But someday they're going to get big enough that it starts to be really painful

My current clowns are nice, even the one I have had a few years now. I have had a few hellspawn in the past though, you would swear they had BIG teeth. I did have a ring with a amber gemstone that would take the beating for me if I wore it though.

I have a single clown in my jbj 30 and the other night after feeding a little mysis to the tank I reached over to mess with my ato line in the rear chamber and it launched out of the water going after my hand and landed in the return pump section Had to fish it out and was still biting my hand. They can be an annoyance for sure.

You should (re)name your clownfish "Pennywise" after the murderous clown in Stephen King's novel It.
