DaveFason Posted July 30, 2016 Share Posted July 30, 2016 Sent my nanobox to you in December to get a new gooseneck and the fan replaced/upgraded to the controllable fan. Came back and the fan only works on 1% or 100% -- we had a back and forth on troubleshooting it that got dropped. Have sent you a couple of follow up emails and a PM here and never got a response, see you responding to posts though so figured I would try this.
