squamptonbc
I personally think we will see outright bans of wild caught marine fish for hobbyists in the next 20-30 years and I don't see any lobby group powerful enough to stop it. Link to comment

Sean.G
I don't get it, it looks like some company has started to breed hippo tangs? Any advance in captive breeding is a good thing for the hobby. Link to comment

Tamberav
I think he is talking about how a poster above is bashing the captive bred Tang accomplishment. It's cut off but looks like he is basically saying captive bred hippo tangs grow big so don't bother breeding them. Instead of them saying: Yay, you bred a fish in captivity which will help ease the wild collections. Link to comment
1.0reef
why Let's go through the list, shall we?1. Advances in captive breeding, according to ten, is bad. 2. Blatantly incorrect information on cyanide usage when collecting fish to make the hobby look bad. 3. Supporting the overall illegalozation and destruction of our hobby, yeah, great idea. Etc, too lazy to get any more right now because I'm at the beach but these people are imbeciles in every sense of the word. Link to comment

Cyanide usage is a real threat BTW. http://news.nationalgeographic.com/2016/07/wildlife-blue-tang-aquarium-trade/ Cyanide usage has decreased steadily over the years, and with so many people shunning it and wholesalers going against it (Because the fish just die) it'll likely keep going down.
