mikelee0351
I just upgraded my Coralife Biocube 29 with a Kessil A160we. The light looks great, and my corals are perking up. I took off the stock hood, and fashioned myself a new lid out of plexiglass. The problem is the lid is sagging and touching the water now. I had used the thickest they sell, and the more expensive material my Lowe's sells blocks UV rays, so I don't wanna use that. Does anyone know of anyone/place that sells aftermarket covers for a biocube? Link to comment

Clown79
Why not leave it hoodless? It better for gas exchange and temp stability Link to comment

Already ordered, 4-6 week backorder though. I can't help but I am curious on how the new hood looks I hand cut it with a jigsaw, then drilled out for the hinges, knob, and vent holes. Was pretty proud of myself Link to comment
