Astinus
It's kind of funny...Some of the snails are carrying stuff on their shells. But, my question is in regards to this.... And, is this Bryopsis? Just to the left and slightly above the Green Leaf. 1 of the Snails sporting the same..not quite focused, but enough to see. Thank you. Link to comment
ReefWeeds
The leafy algae looks like ulva, should be fine. I can't tell from the photos if that is byropsis or not - does it look like little ferns in your tank? Link to comment

I do this to keep it in check, just in case. I do have 1 that is actually growing in the Sand...will post pic If I can get a good 1. Link to comment
Astinus
Can anyone tell me what this is? It is growing in this 1 spot in sand bed and I have it on a rock in a couple places. Some snails are also sporting it on their shells. Link to comment
ReefWeeds
Looks like some sort of codium almost - or neomeris. Not 100% sure though. It seems out of focus so it's really hard to see the detail on the algae. Link to comment
Mariaface
If it's tubular and transparent looking, it may be a valonia variant.. Link to comment
Astinus
Are these bad? Will try and get a better Pic...Not too easy with focus on the Phone. Link to comment
Mariaface
They're a little invasive, given the right nutrients? And not a lot of nano-sized critters eat it. Link to comment
Astinus
TY Maria, I Pulled them, took some pics of them in a clear container...I took the pics while outside. Here is, what I hope are better pics. While looking for more of that Growth...I spotted this...Looks like a Red "Macro"? It is small, and so far, only in 1 spot. I know the pic isn't too good, I am hoping it might be good enough for an I.D. Link to comment

Green tube I do not have an ID, but it does not grow that fast for me. the red looks like Gracilaria hayi Googled this..Looks nice, hope it grows and is beneficial. And Maria. Green really looks like valonia. Edit: sorry, "Boergesenia forbesii" Is this a Nasty? I googled and didn't read up on it. Link to comment
Mariaface
It's considered bubble algae, so I'd call it a 'nasty', yeah. It only grows for me when nutrients are high, and it can grow pretty quickly. Maybe not as quickly as the rounder bubble algae, though? Then it disappears when nutrients are low again. Link to comment
Astinus
Once again, TY Maria. I am glad I pulled it. I will keep my eyes open for more as I know I will see it. I have a rock that has some on it and I clean that rock from time to time. Link to comment
