ManGups
can you recommend some? You can easily get a used full apex with temp and ph probe for around 400 ~ 450. Proflux also make controller and people swear by it same as apex but proflux tend to run more expensive ... They even have touch screen ones but again expensive. I think for 400 an apex looks in ur budget. A cheaper option is a reef keeper - they go cheaper but it is older system and some say setting it up as web accessable is a pain. I had a basic one and it worked great . The one I had was reefkeeper lite - it just did temp control for me and it was like 120 bucks Link to comment

I'd look into it. Link to comment

ManGups
where can i find it that cheap? Look at the hardware classified forum ..if u want a non web version of a reefkeeper - look for a reefkeeper lite with a PC4 and a temp probe ... This is bare minimum you need to get a temp controller working. Later you can get an SL1 probe with a ph probe for ph control. You can the add a net module for web access. You can also add another PC4 to add another 4 outlets to control. You can use any of the other combinations above ... Link to comment
