So for fragging i use just some wire cutters and a pair of needle nose pliers. and they always rust and i need to replace them about every other month. is there a type of wire cutters and pliers that i can get that won't rust as quickly in the saltwater? thanks

You should rinse your tools after you use them... but to answer your questions, you can buy dental tools from ebay, like this one.

You can soak them in vinegar and scrub off the rust with a scouring pad.

 

Stainless steel is the bestand less work.
