New Harlequin Shrimp!

I got a new harlequin shrimp! Here's a pic the LFS took. He (white abdominal plate, male) is already all over my asterina population. Definitely the most interesting shrimp I've seen before, I'm thinking of getting a female.

Before you get a female guage first how many asterina he eats a day and consider if you have enough to feed them, I heard that's all they eat and if you have no starfish otherwise you'll have to start looking around for asterina, maybe beg for asterina.

They eat other starfish. But buying them does become an expensive problem.

They are certainly one of the most interesting comical kinda lookin' shrimp the way they look like they're treading water. I enjoyed looking at my friends shrimp the 2x I saw it.

Don't worry, I get that just Asterina won't hold him. He probably goes through dozens a day, I'll probably feed CC stars at least once a month, even at his size.
