upload the image to imgur, flickr, photobucket, etc and then copy the direct url. Paste that in the pop-up box that appears when you click the add picture icon in the tool bar above the live text in a new post.

I put the link at the beginning of this topic. I couldn't put it in the picture box because it said that nano reef doesn't support the url. Thanks for the help getting pictures up Polarcollision!
